Poet James Oates is leading a winter writing series for budding authors.
The course, for new and experienced writers aged 18 plus, will be held at Featherstone Village Hall, starting November 11 from 2pm-4.30pm.
The programme gives a chance for individuals to create a short story or poem, whilst also having the chance to publish a booklet.
The fun-filled sessions will also run on November 25 and December 2, and will cost £7 per session, including course tuition, published booklet, and refreshments.
“Come along and explore your festive storylines, be it about snow covered settings, family reunions festive funnies, or winter chillers and thrillers. If you're looking for inspiration, we have that covered too with a Christmas stocking full of prompts plus top tips for writing and publishing,” said James.
