A ground-breaking new hair transplant, weight loss and skin care clinic has opened its doors in Newcastle.
Formerly based on Harley Street in London, Dr. Harpreet Kalra launched the Newcastle Private Healthcare Clinic following over 14 years of surgical experience.
Specialising in transformative scalp, eyebrow, and beard hair transplants, this venture presents an alternative to seeking more affordable surgeries abroad, with prices comparative, and sometimes lower, than those found in other countries.
This enables patients to avoid language barriers and the effort and inconvenience of international travel with a post-care follow-up available right on their doorstep.
The state-of-the-art surgery, located at West Road, Ponteland, underwent a £385,000 refurbishment and now employs a team of 12 staff.
Beyond the standard operations, Dr. Kalra, a Newcastle resident himself, offers comprehensive post-operative reviews at the four, eight, and twelve-month marks, as well as providing critical advice on general hair loss and preventative measures.
The clinic, which also offers weight loss solutions and skin care, first opened its doors last month and is the first of its kind in the region.
Dr. Kalra said: "Newcastle Private Healthcare Clinic offers a new era of hair transplant solutions, skin care and weight loss in Newcastle.
"With our extensive experience and commitment to patient care, individuals seeking these services can now access world-class treatment without leaving the country."
In addition to his clinical service, Dr. Kalra continues to contribute to advancements in healthcare more broadly by participating in seminars, conferences, and workshops, demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing within the medical community.
Dr Kalra is also recognised internationally, renowned for addressing issues such as male pattern baldness and receding hairlines.
