Hexham MP Guy Opperman held a farming surgery with NFU representative Anna Simpson in an effort to tackle farmers' issues.
The farming surgery took place at the Hexham Mart.
The surgery was an opportunity for farmers located across West Northumberland to raise issues with both the MP and NFU representative.
Guy Opperman MP said: "It was great to meet with the National Farmers Union and local farmers at the Hexham Mart to listen to concerns and provide assistance.
Please do get in touch with me if I missed you. Email at: guy.opperman@parliament.uk"
Ms Simpson encouraged farmer members to 'engage with their MP'.
She said: "The NFU is always keen to promote the opportunity to its farmer and grower member to engage with their MP regarding issues affecting them both locally and nationally.
"Everyone is always welcome to come along and please look out for the next surgery."
