Hexham Art Club will host its Christmas exhibition in the Old Gaol centre in Hexham, anticipating record visitor numbers.
The club's artists, including exploratory duo, David and Jane Penn, will present works embodying local and overseas experiences.
Earlier this year, the pair spent six weeks travelling around Europe by train, looking for inspiring scenes to paint.
David's Sicily street scene, pinpointing the hubbub of a bustling market in Sicily's capital, Palermo, will be available for purchase.
The showcase will feature an assortment of new, authentic pieces from the club's gifted artists, which will also be on sale.
The exhibition, free for public viewing, runs daily from 10am to 4pm, from December 9-17.
