A BISTRO has reopened after extensive refurbishment.
Restaurant and bed and breakfast business Bistro en Glaze, in Wylam, has re-opened after being closed for most of November for extensive refurbishment.
State-of-the-art walk-in fridge and freezer rooms have been installed, allowing expansion of the range of foods on offer. The stylish and welcoming new bar makes it easier to serve barista-style coffees and cakes and display various beers, soft drinks and wines, and breads.
The menu has been redesigned for December, alongside the launch of a winter lunchtime light bites menu.
Staff are anticipating a visit from Santa himself on December 23 from 2-4pm in the garden grotto.
The south-facing garden area has new seating and tables, lighting and fresh planting all set for the spring and summer.
All details, including menus and booking, can be found at www.bistroenglaze.co.uk.
