Northumberland's motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
Depsite the roadwork, all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes and a note from National Highways, shows that four closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:
• A1, from 9am December 12 2023 to 4pm January 4 2024 - there will be slight delays on A1 northbound and southbound, West Mains to Highfields roundabout, mobile Stop and Go boards and lane closures for drainage works.
• A69, from 9am December 11 2023 to midday, January 12 2024, slight delays on the A69 Smallburn near Blenkinsopp. Traffic lights to carry out catch pit maintenance.
