H&H Land & Estates, a land and property consultancy company, will be opening a new office in Hexham, Northumberland.
The new office will operate from Burnside House in the Hexham Business Park, sharing the location with H&H Insurance Brokers.
Tim Sedgewick, director at H&H Land & Estates, said: “For H&H Land & Estates, who’s heritage is deep rooted in the northern rural economy, this expansion is a natural progression, so we are understandably delighted to be opening this new office in Hexham.
“In recent years, we have been supporting a growing number of clients in Northumberland, so now is the time to provide these clients with a base and being a busy market town, Hexham is one of the ideal centres.
“There are many current challenges and opportunities facing the rural sector, and our team of specialists will provide the highest levels of expertise and innovation to find the right solutions specific to each individual client.”
The company is catering a broad range of services including valuations, development advice, sales and lettings, landlord and tenant issues, telecoms masts, farming, and environmental schemes.
The opening in Hexham follows the launch of their Northallerton office and H&H Land & Estates which has eight offices across the North of England.
Mr Sedgewick emphasised the importance of farmers and landowners seeking advice on the potentials and pitfalls of new grants and funding options, considering the current climate of uncertainty.
He said: "Our combination of land management expertise and specialist environmental skills can play a key role in ensuring that our farmers and landowners understand the new landscape clearly and can make the most of the new opportunities it offers them and their land and property assets.
"We will be holding an in-person event near Hexham soon which will cover off some of these new opportunities and considerations.”
He said the new opportunities would be discussed in an upcoming in-person event near Hexham.
