A GASTROPUB has received a new food hygiene rating, according to the Food Standards Agency's website.
Little Sicily, at the Blue Bell in West Mickley, Stocksfield, received a food hygiene rating of one following its most recent inspection on January 11.

'Major improvement necessary' was the overall verdict delivered by FSA inspectors.
Hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building were both rated as needing improvement.
Little Sicily's management of food safety required major improvement, according to the FSA.
