AN OPENING date has been released for a new business in Prudhoe.

Seaside Travel will be opening their new business on Main Street in Prudhoe on Friday, March 15 at 10 am.

It will be open Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00 and Saturday 09.00 to15.00 and is owner Nicola Park's eighth business across the country and third new premises in a year.

Nicola has been working in the travel sector since she was 16 years old and has worked for independent travel groups within Hays Travel.

After several years, she decided to open her own travel agents across the country.

Nicola believes that the second Northumberland town is a perfect addition to her business chain.

 Nicola Park said:"Why Prudhoe? Well one of my lovely Haltwhistle girls rang and said “I’ll tell you a fabulous town that needs a travel agent

"Tracy proceeded to tell me about a community that has a great team spirit. We had a drive up and a walk round and fell in love.

"It was the feeling I wanted.

"Great little business on a busy front street.

"We honestly can’t wait to get started and give mouth watering deals and dream holidays."
