TWO people have been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash on the junction of the B6318/B6321 near Corbridge.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision shortly after 1pm on Friday March 8 near Wall Houses.
After assessing the incident, police closed the road for a short while to recover the vehicles.
Fire and Rescue were also in attendance.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: "Shortly before 1pm on Friday, March 8, we received a report of a three-vehicle collision on the B6318 at the junction with the B6321 near Wall Houses in Northumberland.
"Emergency services attended and no-one is believed to have been seriously injured in the collision.
"The road was closed for a short period to allow for the recovery of the vehicles involved and re-opened a short time later."
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of the B6318/B6321 in Corbridge at 12.53pm on 8 March.
"We dispatched two ambulance crews, who transported two patients to the RVI."
