WE HAVE some great news about the weather this weekend.
The warm and sunny weather we have experienced this week will continue over the next few days as the maximum temperature across the weekend will be around 23 °C.
On Saturday, there will be some areas of low cloud and fog may persist.
Otherwise the weekend will be generally dry with sunny spells, although isolated heavy afternoon showers could develop across the Pennines.

On Sunday, it will be very warm again with perhaps coastal low cloud and fog, also heavy and possibly thundery afternoon showers developing.
