Astravaganza Entertainment is set to stage Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in aid of Maggie’s Cancer Care.
The production will run from May 28 to June 2 at The Exchange 1856 in North Shields.
The event will support the charity's work, contributing proceeds from raffles and charity buckets to Newcastle's Maggie’s Cancer Care.
Director David Ducasse is at the helm of the production. He said: "Beauty and the Beast is a story that embodies the power of love, acceptance, and community—core values that resonate deeply with Maggie’s Newcastle's mission.
"I am honoured to present this beloved tale in a way that entertains and raises critical funds and awareness for the services Maggie’s provides."
Performances will take place nightly at 7.30pm from May 28 to June 1, with matinees at 2.30pm on June 1 and 2.
Tickets start at £16 and can be purchased online at www.astraents.com or by calling the box office at 0333 666 4466.
