A project is progressing at a farm and is expected to be complete by summer.
Brocksbushes Farm Shop and Tea Room, based near Corbridge, has seen dramatic growth after it was awarded a grant set to triple the size of its premises and create brand new positions.
The development includes a larger, state-of-the-art farm shop with butchery, a big café and a dedicated Play Barn offering all year-round entertainment for children.
Roofing is now complete, solar panels have been added and exterior walls are built.

Granted by the Northumberland Small Business Service (NSBS) earlier this year, Brocksbushes' financial injection is set to 'take the business to the next level'.
The grant will allow the building of brand-new premises and enhanced parking amenities, aimed to accommodate more visitors.
The NSBS, delivered by Advance Northumberland on behalf of Northumberland County Council, is partly funded by the North of Tyne Combined Authority Investment Fund, the UK's Shared Prosperity Fund, and the Rural England Prosperity Fund, with the North of Tyne Combined Authority as the lead authority.
Work began in June 2023 and is anticipated to finish in summer 2024.
