Celebrating 55 years in the music industry, Steeleye Span brings a breath of fresh air to folklore with a new album and grand UK tour.
Their new album The Green Man Collection features tracks from recent releases and three revived classics.
This includes a remix of Hard Times with Francis Rossi from Status Quo, Elvis Costello’s Shipbuilding cover, and the title track composed by Bob Johnson during the 1980s.
The concert kicks off on October 2, 7.30pm at Queen's Hall's Main Theatre, with tickets priced from £30.
More information about booking tickets can be found on their website.
For this tour, the band will be accompanied by new violinist Athena Octavia.
Known for their vast music history, fans can anticipate a mix of songs from over the years and established favourites.
