A club night featuring DJs with learning disabilities is coming to Hexham this October.
The Krocodile Klub event will be held at Queen's Hall Arts Centre on Friday, October 25 from 6.30pm.
Here, DJs who have mastered the art of beat-matching, audio recording, and digital workstations alongside professional guides, will aim to create an electric atmosphere.
The Krocodile Klub has evolved over the years, with new members adding their own unique touch to the mix.
They have hosted an array of creative events, from dance performances to showcasing costume design.
The Klub is an inclusive social hub, with the aim of promoting newfound friendships and presenting a platform for self-expression.
With the support of The Lawnmowers, the dynamic crew has gone beyond just hosting local events, blossoming into delivering workshops, running radio shows, and even showcasing their skills at festivals.
A past attendee said: "It’s a laugh, a buzz and I enjoy meeting other people and having a good time."
Another said: "It’s a safe environment to meet new and old friends and the music is always bouncing with good vibes."
Tickets for the event start from £5, but free tickets for carers can be booked by calling the box office on 01434 652477 or by emailing boxoffice@queenshall.co.uk.
