A society is looking for a tenor to take a principal role in a November production.
Hexham Stage Society seeks the vocalist for the part of Federic in their production of Pirates of Penzance, which is set to be performed at the Queen's Hall Arts Centre.
Frederic, an apprentice pirate who's struggling to leave his seafaring days behind, is joined by a cast of eccentric Geordie characters in an operetta that includes the original Gilbert and Sullivan score while changing the setting to the 1980s.
Performances are at the Queen's Hall Arts Centre on November 7 and 8 at 7pm, and November 9 at 2pm.
To enquire about the role, contact the society via @hexhamstagesociety on Facebook, or visit their website www.hexhamstagesociety.com.
