Preparations for the region's long-standing Annual Art & Craft Fair are underway, set to host a variety of local talent.
The event, marking its 35th return, is scheduled to take place at the Masonic Hall on Banks Terrace, Haltwhistle, on November 2 from 10am to 4pm.
The venue, a modernised hall featuring good disabled access, is conveniently located near Haltwhistle's Main Street.
Last cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the fair successfully returned in 2021, attracting a robust attendance.
Attendees, ranging from craft producers to individuals looking for unique items, look forward to the fair's showcasing of regional crafts.
As people begin to consider Christmas shopping, the variety and quality of products on display makes the fair an ideal starting point for finding unique gifts.
Stall bookings for the fair are steadily coming in, indicating a typically full subscription expected for this year as well.
Any new exhibitors interested in participating are urged to contact organiser Ian Brown on (01434) 321016 or via email at ikbian@aol.com.
With its reputation for attracting a diverse range of crafts and high visitor interest, the fair promises to be a highlight in the region's cultural calendar.
