A successful hotel and bar's lease is on the market.
Calvin Hood, the leaseholder of The Railway Hotel, in Haydon Bridge, has put the businesses' lease up for sale as he is starting a new catering business in Hexham called Cal's Braai Box.
He has run The Railway Hotel for the last six years and said the community has been 'very supportive' since he announced his decision.
The lease is being sold for £30,000 plus £5,000 worth of stock.
"The community is all excited for our next venture and to see who takes over next. We've grown a very good business and I think they've appreciated all the hard work we've put into it."

He said the business turns over £250,000 to £260,000 a year and there is potential for expansion.
"I am open to negotiation within reason on the price, but we think £30,000 including all the stock is very fair.
"We are looking for someone who has a background in either hospitality or hotel orientation, because it makes it easier than someone coming in with no knowledge of the business. If they want it to do well, they need some sort of idea as to what they can do."
He said the staff are prepared and willing to stay on to work for the new leaseholders.
"The entire business is set up and ready to go on the day they walk in the door. There are no alterations or renovations they need to do, it's completely running which I think is a great positive and that's why we're asking for so much because they don't have to do anything to the business.
"We've put in a lot of hard work in the last six years to turn the business into what it is now and we don't want it to start deteriorating, because it means everything we've done has been for nothing and the community needs a good standing business to carry on. We want someone with enthusiasm and knowledge of business to take over," Calvin said.
