A charity shop is in the running to be crowned the UK's favourite.
Tynedale Hospice at Home's shop in Hexham has been shortlisted in the North East region for the Charity Retail Association's UK’s Favourite Charity Shop Award 2024.
The overall winner will be announced in November.
David Parkinson, retail operations manager for the hospice, said: "This is an absolute privilege for the hospice to be shortlisted and it’s a reflection on everyone involved, our volunteers, staff and all our customers who support us."
Alice Langley, CEO of Tynedale Hospice at Home, said: "We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted.
"We’re so grateful to everyone involved in making our new Hexham shop such a huge success.
"All of our stores are at the heart of their communities and play an important role in reviving the high street and making shopping more sustainable.

The public can vote for their favourite charity shop on the Charity Retail Association's website.
