There are various cottages available to stay in at Soppitt Farm which share a wood-fired hot tub and landscaped grounds.
Cottage stays are bookable on cottages.com while aromatherapy treatments and services are on https://www.loveduparomatherapy.co.uk/.
Guests can pay online for wellness treatments when staying at the holiday cottages or in cash on arrival.
Catherine said she and John first met and fell in love, before deciding to combine their skills into business.
She said: "We have a beautiful retreat in nature, with an aromatherapy garden, open-air hot tub overlooking the fells, and a stargazing lodge surrounded by wildlife and farming."
Some new packages include a £140 Spa Day for two, which is a four-hour session of a facial and time in the hot tub, and a Retreat Day for two people including yoga, a massage and the hot tub running over six hours, priced at £260.
A Happiness Half Day Spa Package includes a Swedish/deep tissue massage, aromatherapy body scrub and Indian head massage, lasting three hours for £125.
Other new package treatments are the three-hour Mother and Daughter Treatment, the five-hour Aromatherapy for Home Course for two people and the Cheviot Walker Foot Hug and Rub, which runs over two hours.
