Well-being sessions are slated to start at Hexham's Garden Coffee House from October.
Focusing on the power of thoughts and breath control, the sessions titled 'Back to Balance' aim to help participants make positive changes to their thoughts, actions, and feelings, according to the event's overview.
This will be held on October 8.
Under the expert guidance of Ray Taylor, the sessions are intended to be practical, interactive, and thought-provoking.
Following 'Back to Balance', attendees can look forward to 'The Heart of the Matter' sessions on October 15 and 29.
These sessions focus on regulating emotional and mental well-being through the "intelligence of your heart".
Participants will gain insights into the heart-brain connection and Heart Rate Variability which is a measure of well-being.
Further, a meaningful step towards cultivating a noise-free mind is on agenda for November sessions titled 'Make Choices to Change'.
Scheduled for November 12 and 26, participants can learn techniques to reduce mental clutter and self-talk that hinder clear thinking.
The sessions aim to impart ways to harness the wisdom of one's body to make wise decisions.
