A café and deli in Heddon-on-the-Wall has scooped the Best Cafe/Deli Award.
Biagio Mozzillo, owner of Bell e Buon, won the award at the Eighth Annual Italian Awards 2024.
This event is regarded as the Oscars for UK Italian food businesses.
Mozzillo was also a runner-up for the Best Pasta Chef category and a finalist for the Best Chef of the Year.
The competition saw the chef travel to Manchester in September for a live cook-off and Leeds in October for the gala final.
Mozzillo said: "It has been great to be involved in the Italian awards over the years where all the best Italian chefs with their businesses take part.
"We are very proud of what we do at Bell e Buon and we always try to use and find the best Italian products.
"Step through our door and everything is Italian from our staff to our coffee, and cooking.
"We love our customers and they seem to love us, and after just two years we can only go from strength to strength.”
