Around 50 people enjoyed an evening of German culture in Hexham recently.
Attendees, including Hexham's Mayor Derek Kennedy, gathered at The Tannery, Gilesgate, for an event featuring German beer, pretzels, and music on Wednesday, October 23.
Hexham Village Band provided the tunes, including the popular 'Wooden Heart' from the Elvis Presley film G.I. Blues.
Publicans Connor and Angela Millican decorated the pub with a mix of German, Bavarian, Northumberland, and Union flags.
The event concluded with guests enjoying Munich-brewed beer, which went well with the pretzels, according to reports.
