Prudhoe's Remembrance Sunday Parade saw an 'exceptional' turnout, honouring those who served and sacrificed their lives.
The event unfolded on Sunday, November 10, marking a moment for the community to unite in respect and remembrance.
Beginning at the Royal British Legion car park, the parade was led by Parade Marshal Councillor Chris Barrett.
Uniformed services and community organisations, accompanied by the North Tyneside Pipe Band, marched through Front Street to Kepwell Court and onward to the Lychgate War Memorial at St. Mary Magdalene Church.
The service commenced at 10.55am with the Act of Remembrance at 11am, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony.
The return procession to the Legion saw participants salute dignitaries, including Deputy Lieutenant Julian Morrison-Bell, Mayor Councillor Angie Scott, and Reverend Dan Freyhan.
Mayor Councillor Angie Scott expressed her profound honour in laying a wreath on behalf of Prudhoe's citizens, paying tribute to the fallen and acknowledging those who continue to serve.
The council extends their 'heartfelt gratitude' to everyone involved in organising this solemn event, as well as to all those who participated, and the residents and visitors who showed their support by joining to honour and remember the fallen.
