A NATIONAL business warned customers that it could no longer order products as it is under administration.
Homebase, a home improvement retailer and garden centre with stores across the UK, announced last week it had entered administration.
It was then sold to retail group CDS, securing up to 1,600 jobs and 70 stores, but leaving the future of its remaining 2,000 workers and 49 shops unclear.

The franchise has a store in Hexham that posted on Facebook warning customers that it cannot order products or process any refunds or exchanges for unwanted items which were purchased before or after administration.
"Please note that this is not a decision taken by the team in store and we are simply following instructions of the administrators," the post said. "With this in mind please be respectful to our staff and managers as this is beyond our control so please only buy what you need.
"If you need any support with outstanding customer orders you can call customer services on 0333 003 7084 or email: homebase@teneo.com.
"Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time for everyone."
