Tynedale Rugby Club have revealed former Scottish International Fly Half Richard Cramb will take up the club’s Chair of Rugby role this week.
Cramb, who also played for Tynedale as well as Gosforth and London Scottish, will take over the position from the retiring Mike Fieldhouse who will move to a Co-First XV Team Manager position alongside Chris Lynch.
“We’re delighted to have Richard join our energetic and forward-looking management team,” said Harry Cornforth, Chief Executive of Tynedale Rugby Club.
“His experience and rugby knowledge will greatly assist us in meeting our objectives in future seasons.
“It is a bonus that Mike Fieldhouse is not disappearing from our team as the administration of the First Team and their League involvement will continue to sit with him although Richard will take overall responsibility for all Rugby at the club.”
Cramb made a total of four appearances for Scotland, with his last match coming against Australia in 1988.
